This RAV tire changer features a heavy duty structure to guarantee proper
working conditions at all times. It also has a bead breaker – galvanised cylinder with simple operation. In addition, it is equipped with a rigid self-centring chuck and wide clamping range.

Its tool is constructed with intergrated protection for alloy rims and single part in microcast steel with profile designed for maximum efficiency in use with different types of tyres and rims. Its special surface treatment also provides longer life of the tool and minimizes friction on the tire. And the tool is designed with ajustable angle and rotation.

This RAV tire changer has a large reinforced frame to grant the utmost rigidity to the structure and chucking table. The gear box is installed between two steel plates, to avoid flexion during operation. The extra height of the vertical post and tool shaft allow operation on tyres to a max. of 15” (381 mm) width.

For this RAV tire changer, the bead-breaking is performed by means of two rollers with a synchronized movement. The bead-breaking of both sides is quickly performed.

The tool enters between bead and rim.
Levering on the rim, the tool pulls up the bead, minimising the stress.
The bead is progressively pulled up.

0-15 Invemotor RPM Variable Speed
The electrical motor is equipped with an exclusive and innovative inverter, which:

• allows to regulate the chucking table rotation speed by pressing the pedal
• slows down the rotation speed as the stress on the bead increases (to avoid any damage to the tyre)

Self-Locking Plate
The central rim locking system, suitable also for reverse rims, consists of a central pin with cone.
The effort is minimal thanks to the special plate on which the wheel lays. The plate is floating, therefore offering a self-locking mechanism.

This is an extremely fast truck tire changer with the bead breakers supported by two arms which swing synchronized and are controlled separately.

Each arm has two bead breakers:
• one conical which pushes on the bead
• one cylindrical which pushes the shoulder of the tire
